Illawarra Canoe Club Annual General Meeting

All adult members are eligible to nominate for a position on the Club's Committee as an office-bearer, or for a general committee position.
Nominations must be delivered to the Secretary up to 7 days prior to the AGM using the ICC Committee Nomination Form (see below).
Where no nomination has been received, nomination(s) will be accepted at the AGM.

All adult members are entitled to vote for the election of office-bearers and/or committee members.
Proxy votes may be made by eligible members and must be delivered to the Secretary no later than 24 hours prior to the AGM using the AGM Voting Proxy Form.

ICC Committee Nomination Form	Nominations to be delivered to the Secretarty no later than 7 days prior to the AGM.
AGM Voting Proxy Form	Proxy votes to be received by the Secretarty no later than 24hrs prior to the AGM.
