Run by Club president and local fitness instructor Sharyn Cahill, this workshop will teach
Core Activation through a variety of kayak specific exercises.
In addition to targeting core strength the session will incorporate shoulder and pelvic stability exercises to keep you strong and injury free.
Please bring a Fitball if you have one.
Whilst the workshop is targeting kayak paddlers and canoeists specifically,
non paddlers are more than welcome to participate. |
